Day courses with childcare from Monday to Friday
You want to learn German in the canton of Zurich and have small children who need to be looked after? ECAP Zurich runs German courses with childcare for the city of Zurich and several municipalities in the canton of Zurich. Even those who do not have children are welcome in these courses.
ECAP Zurich also offers childcare for all other day courses from Monday to Friday at its three daycare centers at Magdalenenstrasse 37 in Zurich-Oerlikon (map), at Brauerstrasse 75 in Zurich (map), and at Albulastrasse 47 in Zurich-Altstetten (map).
German course of the city of Zurich with child care
The German courses of the city of Zurich take place from February to September and from September to February. The courses for women are in the morning, the mixed courses for women and men in the afternoon. There are two course locations: at Neugasse 116 (near the main train station) and at Tramstrasse 10 in Zurich Oerlikon. Registration can be done online. If you need childcare, you can find it near the course locations.
As soon as you register for a German course offered by the city of Zurich, you will be invited for an interview in which we will check your German language skills. This way we can place you in the right class. This interview takes place at Neugasse 116, and it is mandatory.
Learn German cheaper with the KulturLegi
If you have little money and therefore have a KulturLegi, you can attend the German courses of the city of Zurich at a lower price.
Learning German in the municipalities
ECAP Zurich offers German courses in the communities of Männedorf, Niederhasli and Regensdorf / Adlikon. Before the start of the course, an assessment is made by telephone. Child care is also offered for these courses. But also those who do not have children are welcome in these courses.
