Branch-specific German courses at ECAP Basel
Participants develop and expand their knowledge of the local language thanks to sector-specific language courses. The acquired skills enable employees to improve their job position: they understand instructions and work schedules better, can write working reports themselves and can participate at internal and external training courses. Participants expand their professional vocabulary and improve communication with superiors, customers and colleagues.
Currently, courses are offered in the construction, cleaning and gastronomy sectors. If necessary, courses can also be developed and organised for other sectors.
The courses are organised on behalf of the parity commissions or the trade union Unia.
All courses take place 1-2 times a week and include 4 lessons per week. Courses run for 13 weeks and start in March and September.
